Write a script for the upcoming holiday. Ask the head of the kindergarten to help lead the parent meeting. Announce a matinee date. Inform that everyone should participate, in one way or another. Although sometimes it is not necessary to show the power of conviction - the administration of the kindergarten itself confronts the fact that the event will take place. Make the party costumed. Once the script is outlined, you need to think about how to make the action memorable for children. And what child does not like to transform into someone? Therefore, a large number of bunnies, bears, princesses, various heroes of films and cartoons will be provided to you.
Step 3
Distribute assignments to parents. They can collect money and buy souvenirs (sweet gifts and small toys), come up with various, funny contests and scenes, and hold rehearsals. At home, kids can be helped to choose and learn rhymes and songs. It can be very fun to play a scene from a fairy tale, involving both adults and children.
Step 4
Do a rehearsal. This should be done not for adults, but for children. Just so that they are not shy and afraid (very small representatives of the kindergarten can cry). You can practice a couple of times to consolidate. So the guys will be able to feel the atmosphere of the holiday and overcome the constraint. Do not scold children, they must understand that you are also having fun. And in general, avoid all kinds of conflicts - speak calmly with babies, look for compromises with their parents. Otherwise, the organization will fail.

Thus, on the appointed day, you will only have to act according to the plan. Of course, some surprises are not excluded (someone may get sick or confused), but do not panic. You can always replace the characters with someone else.
