Summer is a small life. Nature blooms and smells of lush greenery, the sun sends its bright rays to the ground and everything around is pleasing to the eye. Three months pass inexorably before they even begin. Step 1
Take your family out into the countryside more often. Bring tents, sleeping bags, blankets, firewood, guitar, food with you, and spend the night under the open stars. Clean air, smells of wild flowers and herbs will make you feel like a part of nature. Spend as little time as possible in front of the TV or at the computer.
Step 2
Go to amusement parks with friends. Have fun, laugh, blow bubbles, eat cotton candy, ride the merry-go-rounds, draw funny faces on the pavement with chalk, fly kites, roller-skate. Make new acquaintances, communicate with funny interesting people. Remember, there are more dating options in the summer than at any other time of the year. Meet the dawn with your soul mate.
Step 3
Stay for a few days with relatives living in another city or village, whom you have not seen for a very long time. Surprise them with your arrival. Spend a weekend with friends on a river or lake, arrange tournaments with them in football, volleyball or any other sport. Swim and sunbathe.

Summer is not a time for sadness, so have more fun. Go to clubs, theaters, cinemas, museums, and various exhibitions. Read interesting books, newspapers and magazines. Listen to good music. Find an interesting hobby for yourself that will inspire you and give you pleasure. Do something that you didn’t have enough time and energy for before.
Step 5
Make the most of summer and go in for sports. Start jogging in the morning, go to the gym several times a week, sign up for the pool, buy a bike, and ride it around town every day. Don't miss out on summer opportunities. It is primarily intended for relaxation, so rest more and be happy.
