  • - 60 g butter;
  • - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise;

  • For the appetizer "Oriental Eggplant":
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 3 eggplants;
  • - 2 tomatoes;
  • - mayonnaise;

Step 1

Salad "Male power". Boil the chicken, separate the meat from the bones and chop finely. Chop the eggs, chop the leaves of green lettuce into strips. Add walnuts and lemon juice. Mix well and season with mayonnaise. Before serving, garnish the salad with croutons on top, placing them evenly.

"Beloved's Heart" salad. Cut the meat into evenly shaped pieces. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Grind the avocado halves into thin slices. Prepare the grapes by removing the seeds. Peel the tangerines and cut them into wedges.

Place the salad leaves on the dish, on which the dish will be cooked. Combine meat with avocado, add grapes, tangerines and spread over lettuce leaves. Combine mayonnaise with cream, wine and orange juice, add salt to taste. Pour the prepared mixture over the salad. Top with chopped nuts.

Chicken snack. Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Cut the bottom off the egg whites a little so that they can be horizontal. Chop chicken and carrots, add oil. Beat the mass a little. Make balls from the carrot mass, roll them in chopped yolks.
