The Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation published the final version of the holidays in the next, 2018th year. Therefore, now the citizens of Russia have an understanding of what days the rest will take place in 2018.
Postponement of days of holidays and weekends
- January 6 (Saturday) is officially postponed to 9.03 (Friday), and January 7 (Sunday) is officially postponed to May 2 (Wednesday).
- 28.04 goes to 30.04;
- 9.06 goes to 11.06;
- December 29 goes to December 31;
- Sunday, 4.11, is officially transferred to the next day, that is, to Monday, 5.11.
Official weekends and rest periods in 2018
- New Year's holidays in 2018 will last from December 30 in 2017 to January 8 of the next year, 2018. This means that the first day of work in the next year, 2018, will be 9.01.
- On the Day of Defender of the Fatherland: February 23-25 (3 days);
- Weekend for Women's Day: March 8-11 (4 days);
- May holidays - April 30: May 2 (4 days);
- Victory Day weekend: Wednesday, that is, May 9;
- Days off for the Day of Russia: June 10-12 (3 days);
- Holidays for the Day of National Unity: November 3-5 (3 days).
An important point: in December, the last Saturday will be working, and the official rest goes to December 31, that is, at the beginning of the New Year holidays.
