Instructions
Step 1
Let's bake a cake. Beat eggs and sugar with vanilla, slowly add flour, baking powder. Beat gently with a mixer so that the dough does not shrink. Pour the dough into a mold, place in an oven preheated to 180 ° and bake for about an hour. Cool the finished cake and cut into 2 parts.
Step 2
Let's prepare the cream. Beat the egg with sugar, milk and flour. We put on a small fire, cook until it thickens. As soon as the cream has become thick, remove it from the heat and add soft butter. Whisk thoroughly and set to cool.
Step 3
Pour the cream onto one half of the cake, spreading it evenly over the surface, and cover with the other half.
Step 4
Let's start preparing the glaze. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add cocoa, sugar, sour cream and vanillin. Mix everything and cook until sugar dissolves, but do not boil.
Step 5
Pour icing on the cake, grease the sides and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Step 6
Cut out a template with a winter landscape from cardboard. Hold the template over the cake and sift the icing sugar over it. We supplement the resulting landscape with confectionery colored balls.
