Most celebrate the New Year at a festive table filled with various dishes. The hostesses try to cook all the most delicious in order to surprise and delight family and friends. But not everyone thinks about how you can make the New Year's table not only tasty, but also healthy.
Perhaps not a single New Year's table is complete without salads and various snacks, as well as sweet and hot dishes. Vegetarian salad

You need to take an avocado, fresh cucumber, pear, zucchini, carrots.
We cut all these products into cubes, finally add green peas (can be canned) and season with healthy mayonnaise, prepared at home, or a suitable homemade sauce.
How to make homemade healthy mayonnaise for veggie dressing? It's simple enough! This will require sunflower seeds, lemon, a small clove of garlic, mustard (you can take ready-made or grains), water and salt (it is better to take sea salt). Sunflower seeds must be soaked in the evening so that they swell. Drain off the water in the morning, put all the ingredients in a blender and mix well. Add salt and spices to taste.
Healthy green salad
To make this simple but tasty dish, you will need fresh and pickled cucumbers, avocados, and spinach.
Cut the cucumbers and avocados into strips, it is better not to cut the spinach, but tear it into small pieces. Mix everything and season with oil (sesame or olive), lemon juice (you need the juice of one lemon) and soy sauce to taste. Top the salad with sunflower seeds.
Hot risotto

Pre-boil the rice, fry the mushrooms with onions in olive oil. Add spices, salt and pepper to taste, you can additionally use coconut cream. Once the mushrooms are ready, add the rice and stir. Sprinkle with herbs on top.

To prepare a delicious and aromatic dessert, you will need apples, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut sugar and coconut oil, vegetable oil, water and spelled flour.
Add baking powder, sugar, butter, water, grated apple, vanilla and cinnamon to the flour. Mix everything and bake like regular waffles. You can decorate the dessert with any fresh berries.
