Present the prepared bouquet to the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, accompanying the gift with warm words of gratitude for the courage and courage shown by him in battles, for the peaceful sky overhead, for his great work to restore the country from the post-war devastation.

Wish the veteran health, longevity, prosperity and ask him to tell about the combat path, received orders and medals, wounds, victories and disappointments, lost and acquired friends. These memories are of particular value for generations who grew up in the post-war years and, fortunately, have not seen the war. But everyone is obliged to remember her, to honor the soldiers who did not allow the conquest of their native land.

War veterans, despite the severity of the years they have lived, are strong in spirit, noble and honest. Tactfully ask the older person if there is anything you can do to help him. And if the request is made, try to fulfill it. This will be just a fraction of what all post-war generations of Russians owe to veterans.
