The Christmas tree is an indispensable attribute of the New Year's holiday. You can buy a live beauty at the holiday markets, you can buy an artificial spruce in hypermarkets. Or, having gathered with the whole family, you can make a Christmas tree with your own hands. A small Christmas tree made of candies can be a great addition to the New Year's table.

It is necessary

  • - thick cardboard;
  • - 500 g of candies in a bright package;
  • - old fluffy New Year's rain;
  • - a small plastic star for the crown;
  • - a toothpick;
  • - double-sided adhesive tape;
  • - glue;
  • - scissors;
  • - ruler.

Instructions

Step 1

Creating a Christmas tree starts with the basics. To do this, take a piece of cardboard and cut a large semicircle out of it. It needs to be wrapped in a cone and glue the edges with glue. Cut the bottom of the cone into large strips and bend it to the outside. Now the circle-base is cut out. It should converge at the edges with a bent straw

Step 2

When the base and cone are ready, you need to glue them together. But first, for better stability of the structure, you need to put either some kind of fabric or a small soft toy into the cone. After the New Year holidays, as soon as the lollipops are eaten, the toy can be easily reached by cutting the cone.

Step 3

Now you need to make the base sticky. To do this, wrap the cone with double-sided tape. The protective film on the other side must be removed immediately.

Step 4

The decoration of the Christmas tree begins from its crown. The asterisk must be glued to the toothpick with glue and inserted into the small hole formed when the cone was twisted. To make the joint invisible, you need to glue the cone with rain along the upper edge.

Step 5

Now, row by row, we will glue the tree over. The circles need to be alternated. For example, the lowermost circle will be made of rain, higher from candies, and even higher again from rain. And such rows are glued to the very top.

Step 6

Additionally, you can decorate the resulting Christmas tree by sprinkling sparkles or artificial snow on it. Various small Christmas tree beads can also become an additional decoration.
