The success of the future event largely depends on the scenario of the festive program. After all, it is a well-thought-out plan and well-organized time that will allow you to keep the attention of guests, to involve them in the process and at the same time not to tire them too much.

Step 1
Determine the expected number of guests at the party, their age, social status, preferences. Consider these parameters to make the event interesting and relevant.
Step 2
Write down each part of the program separately. They are selected depending on the theme of the holiday. In any event, some time should be set aside for meeting and greeting guests. If it's official, include one or more official speeches in the script. Write down entertaining, creative numbers. If you are the organizer and director of all parts of the program, create a separate script for each of the entertainment numbers, in which the lines and actions of all participants will be recorded, all mise-en-scenes are described.
Step 3
Plan your scenario for a guest banquet, if appropriate for the event. Add contests and quizzes to bring your audience together and keep them from getting bored. In order not to overwork guests with an informational and emotionally rich program, one part of the holiday should be left for quiet communication or dancing.
Step 4
Determine how long each of these program blocks will last. Think over the structure of the holiday evening. Arrange all rooms so as not to let go of the attention of those present. At the same time, it is important to make the program varied, otherwise several even the most interesting, but identical in the type of action, numbers set in a row will tire the audience. Try to alternate between dynamic and calm moments, food for the intellect, emotion and body. In addition, in the construction of the program, a single line of the concert should be traced, each next number should be logically connected or at least slightly overlap with the previous one.

Come up with a couple of fallback scenarios. Determine what problems may arise during the holiday. Think over your actions in each case and write how you can adjust the program.
