It is necessary

  • For a wreath of twigs:
  • - thick flexible wire;
  • - branches of thuja, boxwood or blue spruce;
  • - decorative berries, leaves and cones.
  • For a hose wreath:
  • - garden hose;
  • - scotch tape;
  • - glue moment;
  • - starch;
  • - multi-colored fabrics;
  • - colored paper.
  • For a fabric wreath:
  • - synthetic winterizer, cotton wool or foam rubber;
  • - the cloth;
  • - ribbons.

Instructions

Step 1

Branch wreath Take the wire and roll it into a ring - this will be the base for the wreath. Cut the needles into pieces 10-12 centimeters long. Screw the twigs to the ring with the same wire clockwise (from right to left), be careful, make sure that the wreath retains its shape. Screw one more layer of branches, but in the opposite direction, then another one, make as many layers as necessary so that the wreath is lush enough.

Step 2

Cut the wire, thread the end inward so that it does not spoil the appearance of the wreath. Take a few twigs, wrap their ends with wire tighter, secure the wire, bend the free end down and stick the bunch into the wreath to cover the unevenness and places not covered with needles.

Step 3

Decorate the wreath with a lush bow made of a wide ribbon, a satin red ribbon with gold edging is best suited to green branches, airy organza bows, striped or checkered draperies also look very good, you can complement the composition with a couple of cones and berries, for example, viburnum, lingonberries, cranberries, wild rose, mountain ash.

Step 4

Hose wreath Roll a ring from a garden hose, insert one end of the hose into the other, seal the joint with wide strong tape. Wrap the workpiece tightly with rough thick paper (not slippery and not glossy) in a spiral, glue it in several places so that the paper does not slip or twist on the hose. Take a sheet of double-sided colored paper, preferably glossy, fold it with an accordion and paste over the frame in a spiral. Use as many sheets as needed to decorate the entire wreath.

Step 5

Starch a cotton cloth, dry and iron, cut out the outlines of flowers and leaves from cardboard, put on a starched cloth and circle with a pencil, cut flowers from the cloth. Glue a shiny bead or pretty button in the center of each flower. Glue the flowers to the wreath.

Step 6

Fabric wreath Cut out two rings of the same size from the fabric, sew them together, leave only one small hole, turn the ring through it with the right side and stuff tightly with padding polyester, cotton wool or similar material.

Step 7

Cut out many colorful rectangles from beautiful fabrics, put two rectangles of the same color on top of each other with the right side inward, sew along the edges, leaving the corner unstitched. Turn through it to the front side, make the same bags from the rest of the rectangles.

Step 8

Fill all the bags with padding polyester, cotton wool or something similar (you get pads), sew up the inlet. Tape each pillow in the middle with a ribbon to make a bow, and use both ends of the ribbon to tie the pillow to the wreath.
