On the eve of the New Year, most kids begin to make wishes and inform Santa Claus about them. Every child has the opportunity to send a letter to a fairy-tale character, especially if parents help him with this.
Instructions
Step 1
Even if you write only "Santa Claus" on the envelope, the postal workers will know where to send such a message. However, it will be better if you still indicate the correct address: 162390, Vologda Oblast, Veliky Ustyug, to Grandfather Frost.
Step 2
Tell your child that his assistants - Snegurochka, fairy-tale heroes and forest animals - help Santa Claus sort out mail. But, despite this, grandfather still does not have time to respond quickly to everyone who wrote to him. Therefore, you need to send him a letter in advance - in late November - early December.
Step 3
Due to the popularity of e-mail, paper letters have practically disappeared as a phenomenon. Chances are, your child is not familiar with letter writing etiquette and rules. Help him by suggesting how it should be written correctly. Let your little one think through the content of his letter in advance. After all, it should contain not only a list of gifts, but also the child's story about himself, and good congratulations on the holiday to Grandfather Frost himself. Tell the kid what is better to write about in the letter - about achievements, awards, small victories.
Step 4
In addition to the letter itself, you need to put a small gift in the envelope - a drawing, applique or other thing made by your child's hands. The letter itself can be decorated with colored pencils.
Step 5
Sign the envelope and take it to the post office. Perhaps your department has a special mailbox for letters to Santa Claus. Let the child drop the message into it himself.
Step 6
When the answer comes from Veliky Ustyug, you will not confuse it with anything - there will be a special stamp of Santa Claus on the envelope. If you are afraid that the answer will come late and the child will be disappointed, write him a letter yourself on behalf of some fairy-tale character who helps Santa Claus sort letters. The text can be, for example, like this: “Dear Vanechka. I am writing to you on behalf of Santa Claus. Unfortunately, he cannot write to you now, but he will certainly answer your letter later. Your drawing hangs in his mansion in the most conspicuous place. Good luck and all the best!"
