Find out at the restaurant that you have chosen for the event if there will be room decoration there. If the program requires additional decoration, then include it in the list of expenses.

Now you can compose a script, registering in it the exact time of release of each of the artists, approve it with the presenter and make a financial estimate. Do not forget to conclude an agreement with each artist and make an advance payment.

On the eve of the event, it is better to call all the speakers again and confirm the time of the speech. You need to be prepared for unforeseen circumstances and lateness, so you may need to change the script a little during the evening.
