St. Petersburg is rightfully considered the cultural capital of Russia: it has more than a hundred theaters and venues for theatrical performances. And moderate, in comparison with Moscow, ticket prices allow almost all interested residents and guests of the city to attend the performances.

Decide which theater you would like to go to. Find on the Internet the site of the theater you are interested in, or purchase one of the city publications in which the theater poster is published. Select the show you would like to attend. If you don't know where to stop, pay attention to the list of actors involved in a particular performance, perhaps familiar names and surnames will help you navigate.

Go to the website of any ticket office in St. Petersburg and order e-tickets with delivery, having carefully read the purchase rules and return conditions beforehand. Alternatively, purchase traditional paper tickets at the box office or the box office of the theater where you intend to go.

On the eve of going to the theater, do not be lazy to call the cashier or go to the website of this cultural institution and see the news section. Often, performances are postponed or removed due to the employment or illness of the actors or for some other reason. When going to the theater, pay attention to your appearance.
