"Medovaya Derevnya" is a new unique tourist complex currently under development. The project promises to be very profitable for its owner and interesting for tourists.
"Honey Village" will appear soon in the Altai Territory. The site will be located among wild-growing fields, where practically no traces of human activity are visible, near the village of Shirokiy Log. This place was not chosen by chance. The author of the project, an experienced beekeeper Nikolai Sanin, believes that rare types of honey with unique properties can be obtained from little-studied fields in this area, which will become another incentive for tourists. In the fields there will be a real apiary, as well as winter huts for bees. Not far from them, houses for tourists will be built - village huts, where anyone can rent a room and stay for the night. Also in the tourist complex it is planned to build baths and premises for apitherapy - treatment by bees.
Part of the "Honey Village" will be located in the very village of Shirokiy Log. It is planned to build a honey museum here. Guests will be able to see beehives of various types, ranging from the most ancient - the deck, to modern designs. Also, the organizers plan to build a demonstration hive, where visitors can observe the life of bees and the creation of their amazing product. Trade pavilions will also be built, where those who wish can purchase various types of honey collected by local hardworking bees. Tourists eager to join beekeeping will be able to do it in an organized way. On the territory of the village, educational buildings will be equipped, where inspired guests can attend lectures by experienced beekeepers.
Honey Village will start operating in 2013. However, excursions to this unique place are being organized today. The author of the project in the fall of 2012 plans to bring the first group of tourists to the complex so that they can observe the construction. Subsequently, the "honey village" is planned to be included in the "small golden ring of Altai".
