To enhance the feeling of a holiday that will take place in some theater, the stage must certainly not only be furnished with decorations, but also decorated. So spectators who come to such a place will already from the threshold of the hall adjust themselves to a festive mood.
Instructions
Step 1
The first thing that comes to mind is decorating the stage with balloons. Inflate as many balloons as possible using a special pump. Fasten the balls firmly backstage. Whole shapes can be made from balloons. Use balloons of different shapes and colors to heighten the festive mood. At the front of the stage, mount an arched structure of balloons. For these purposes, you can use helium balloons. Helium is lighter than air, so the balloon rushes upward.
Step 2
The traditional decoration of the stage is drapery with fabrics. Probably every adult remembers the school scene with a heavy curtain. This decorating technique can hide imperfections in the scene itself, such as old scaffolds. Draping with a fabric is convenient because various themed decorations can be attached over the fabric. For example, if a holiday dedicated to autumn is taking place on the stage, then leaves made of bright paper or even real yellow leaves can be attached to the fabric drapery.
Step 3
Another way to decorate a stage is with decorations. For example, theatrical scenery is a drawing or landscape painted on canvas with oil paints. Drawing themed decorations on cardboard or plywood and pinning them to the back of the stage is one way to create a festive mood in the hall. Most often, all methods are used to decorate the scene at once: balls, draperies, and decorations. Balls can be used to lay out words, pictures and shapes. The fabric drapes beautifully the imperfections of the scene, and the scenery will beneficially enrich the plot of the performance. The key to success is imagination and resourcefulness. They will help to decorate the stage with literally scrap materials.
