Easter Sunday is a special holiday that requires a careful approach to table decoration. Certain serving traditions have developed in Russia, and the attributes of Easter must be present on the table on this day, symbolizing light, life and constant renewal.

Step 1
Boil and paint eggs - they are an important attribute of the Easter table. To give them color, boil them in a coloring broth, for example, with onion peels, birch leaves, or with beets. Step 2
Place the colored eggs in a basket and place them in the center of the table. It is customary to lay them on a substrate of living greenery, symbolizing the eternal triumph of life. You can buy the herb, or you can prepare in advance (one to two weeks in advance): pour earth into a cup, dilute it with water until it is semi-liquid, and plant oat or watercress seeds. Colored eggs in the nest will look original - roll it out of dry grass, colored thread, wire or other materials.

Be sure to bake or buy ready-made Easter cake. Easter cake is a semblance of church artos, one of the most ancient symbols of the Resurrection of Christ. Bake the cake strictly according to the recipe, on Clean Thursday, decorate with raisins, nuts, icing, fondant, poppy seeds, powdered sugar, confectionery sprinkles. If you can, paint a cross with icing or sprinkle with confectionery sprinkles, write the letters "ХВ" (they mean the phrase "Christ is Risen").
Step 4
Easter cottage cheese is also a traditional dish on the festive table. It's hard to buy in a store, so make it yourself. Decorate the finished Easter with the letters "ХВ" (when cooking it is best to use a special relief shape, thanks to which the letters seem to be squeezed out on the surface of the product, but if it is not there, just draw the abbreviation "ХВ" using a pastry syringe or lay out with bright dragees).

Put red candles for Easter and Easter cakes, in addition, you can decorate the table with candles. Buy multiple candlesticks in the same style, or make your own using halves of broken, raw egg shells.

Animals - rabbits or lambs (lambs) - are also Easter symbols. They are put on the table in the form of porcelain or plush figurines, cut out of butter, bought chocolate.
Step 7
Put fresh flowers and Cahors church wine on the Easter table. Be sure to pick willow branches, a symbol of spring and fertility. Place a small gift for the guest near each plate, you can wrap it in gift paper and decorate with a ribbon.
