Saturday morning. Golden rays of the sun make their way through the gap between the curtains, not allowing even on weekends to sleep until lunchtime. And rightly so. Weekends to rest. And real rest should be active. And that means it's time to have breakfast and go with the whole family for a picnic. Fresh air, nature - what else do you need to have a good day outside the city? You need the right organization.
Instructions
Step 1
Don't prepare your sandwiches in advance. Cut and fold the bread, sausage, cheese, vegetables separately. Use cling film or foil for packaging. Upon arrival at the place, each of the picnic participants will be able to build their own sandwich, which is guaranteed to have a delicious look. If you make a sandwich at home, then during the journey to the picnic site, it will soften and begin to look stale.
The same goes for a variety of salads. Of course, it is not very convenient to cut eggs, ham or chicken in nature, and therefore salads will have to be crumbled at home. But take the dressing (sour cream, mayonnaise) with you and fill the salad before using it.
Step 2
Meat dishes "go" well in nature. Wrap the meatloaf, baked chicken in foil. By the end of the picnic, not a piece of them will be left. If you are planning a shish kebab, take care of the sauce, a small grill, skewers and charcoal to cook the meat.
Be sure to take sweets with you - cookies, sweets, fruits. Of course, all this will have to be carefully packed in plastic containers with sealed lids.
Take care of your drinks. A good option is tea, coffee in a thermos, and a couple of bottles of soft drinks.
Step 3
Take with you several sets of disposable tableware - glasses, plates, forks, spoons, knives. Take in such a way that for each picnic participant there is a threefold supply of dishes (3 plates, 3 glasses, 3 forks, 3 knives, 3 spoons). Don't forget about napkins.
Step 4
Take care of where the feast will take place. Take a blanket and a large piece of plastic with you to avoid placing the blanket on damp ground.
Step 5
Don't forget to bring sunscreen and insect bite protection. Also useful are cotton wool, bandage, brilliant green, iodine, a bactericidal plaster (in the forest there are a lot of opportunities to scratch, get hurt), hydrogen peroxide.
Step 6
Be sure to consider a picnic entertainment program. It's boring just to come to the forest, eat sandwiches and leave. Take a ball, tennis rackets with you. Don't forget your camera (charge its batteries in advance) or camcorder.
