Studying at the institute, perhaps, is one of the brightest and most unforgettable stages in the life of every person. Lectures, exams, strict teachers, cheat sheets and constant communication with fellow students - all these are attributes of student life only, therefore, in order to have fun celebrating Student's Day, it is advisable to take them into account when holding a holiday.
Instructions
Step 1
Gather your like-minded people (classmates, students of the same faculty who wish to celebrate Student's Day) and arrange a brainstorming session dedicated to the future event. Let each participant express their opinion, suggest ideas and contests. A student's day can be held as a KVN or a competition between teams of students from different departments or faculties. The event can also be celebrated with a festive concert for students and teachers, which will include dance, theater and vocal performances.
Step 2
Combine all the wishes into a single list and voice them to the team. Decide collectively which holiday scenario is best for you. Assign the hosts of the holiday and responsible props, selection of numbers for the concert, etc.
Step 3
Talk to the leadership of the institute (trade union committee, head of the department, dean, vice-rector), where exactly you can hold the event. Provide the management with several possible scenarios for the holiday and decide on the venue for it. For example, for a large number of participants and spectators, an assembly hall is most likely needed; for a small group of students, a room in the department without equipment, instruments, etc. will suffice.
Step 4
Find out if it is possible to have a festive buffet after the concert in the canteen or cafe of the institute. If this is possible, think over the menu in advance, calculate how much you will have to spend and divide it among all the participants of the buffet table. Be sure to inquire about the possibility of drinking alcohol as part of a gala dinner.
Step 5
Since traditionally Student's Day is celebrated simultaneously with such a holiday as Tatiana's Day, do not forget to congratulate all the girls and women present at the holiday with the name Tatiana during the event. For such an occasion, small memorable souvenirs (key rings, badges, mugs) or fresh flowers are well suited.
