First of all, plan in advance, for example, for a week, whatever you want to be in time, besides the main job: cleaning the apartment, cooking, shopping, car repairs. So it will be much easier for you to allocate time, leaving a couple of hours a day for a walk in the park, visiting a theater or cafe, as well as reading books and watching your favorite TV series.

Step 2

It is important to relax not only on weekends, but also after work hours, as well as during the day. Take short breaks after every hour or two of work, 5-10 minutes is enough. That being said, it's important to switch to something other than your core business. For example, have a cup of coffee or tea, look out the window, get up from the table and walk around. You can arrange a little physical education: stretch, do 3-4 bends, twist your head, stretch your shoulders.

Try not to stay late at work, so you will have no time for evening rest. If you still have to work after hours, set aside for yourself a day per week that you fully devote to rest. It is recommended to spend such a day in nature, outside the city, go with an excursion to a museum or visit an exhibition, theater or restaurant, whichever you prefer. The main thing is not to lie on the couch all day, then time will fly by monotonously, and there will be no feeling of relaxation from this.

In general, it is better to change your activities as often as possible. If you sit in the office every day, then on the weekend arrange yourself ice skating or skiing, cycling or rollerblading. Conversely, if you are working physically, have a rest day, sit in a cafe, go to the movies. Of course, it all depends on preference.

And remember, if you want to sleep, do not deny the pleasure. The best rest is deep and healthy sleep, so get enough sleep!
