The star of Bethlehem in the Christian tradition is a very important symbol. It was she who announced to the three wise men (in the Catholic version - kings) about the birth of the baby Jesus in Bethlehem. It is not surprising that in every church, in every Christian home at Christmas, an image of this star appears at an icon, den or on a Christmas tree. Even a child can make the star of Bethlehem.
It is necessary
- - gold or silver foil
- - scissors
- - glue
- - cardboard
- - wire
Instructions
Step 1
Take gold or silver foil and draw a star outline on it with a pencil. According to the Bible, the star should be eight-pointed, but sometimes the image of six rays is also allowed.
Step 2
Cut a star along the outline. If you don't need strength or bulk and are just going to glue it to some surface, then don't do anything else. If you want the star to last until next Christmas, stick it on a cardboard base.
Step 3
If you want to attach the Star of Bethlehem to the top of the Christmas tree, wire it up with eight beams. Then wrap the frame with silver or gold cloth, or wrap more foil over it. Try to make the rays of the star not peeled off so that they do not break through the foil.
