Step 1
First, we will tell you how to make a snowman hat.
To do this, take a piece of white wool 39 cm long, wide enough to grip the child's head. Fold a piece of wool in half so that the edges are tightly adjacent to each other. Now take a large roll of duct tape and a regular plate and place them on top of the wool so that the duct tape is at the very top (the snowman's head) and the plate is directly below it in the center. Circle everything along the contour and mark two points at a distance of 7 cm from the bottom of the coat on the right and left sides.

Now sew along the pencil line from one marked point 7 cm to another. Using scissors, cut off the remaining wool outside the seam at a distance of about 1.5 cm (you do not need to cut off below 7 cm marks).
Step 3
Next, sew the remaining edges on the base of the future hat, cut off unnecessary pieces of wool and tuck the stitched edges (this will be a twist of the hat). Make the snowman's mouth (embroider or draw), attach the eyes in the form of beads.
Step 4
Fill the snowman's head with fiber filler and sew it up, so you get a snowman's neck, tie a scarf on it (use a piece of variegated wool). Using orange felt, make a nose for the snowman and sew it on. On the bottom of the snowman, she is the hat itself, sew three buttons located for each other.
