When going to the water park, you need to take care in advance to take everything you need with you. This is especially important if you are going there for the first time: some of the points from this list, most likely, will simply not occur to you.
It is necessary
- - medical certificate,
- - swimsuit or swimming trunks,
- - Swim cap,
- - Goggles,
- - towel, slippers, soap and washcloth.
Instructions
Step 1
Take your medical certificate with you. Not all, but many water parks require a certificate stating that you are not a carrier of dangerous infectious diseases, and that your health is good enough to go swimming. If you are going to the water park with children, then take a certificate for children. It is easy to obtain a certificate from the local polyclinic. Go to your local doctor and tell him that you need a “pool certificate”. The doctor already knows what to write there. If for some reason it is difficult for you to get to the district police officer, then for a certain fee such certificates are issued by many medical centers.
Step 2
If you are a man, then you will need swimming trunks. These should be special swimming trunks for the pool, made of a special fabric that does not creep from the chlorinated pool water. Popular styles for men's swimming trunks are slips and boxers. Boxers fit the body well, choose them if this option is most comfortable for you. Slips are a more ergonomic option, so they tend to be more popular. When choosing slips, it is useful to consider whether they have a lace on them, in addition to the fixing elastic.
Step 3
Women will need a swimming sports swimsuit. Do not wear your beautiful beach swimsuit to the water park: you will ruin it. Also, do not swim on the sea in a sports swimsuit, salt water is harmful to him. Make sure that the fabric contains at least 10-20% lycra. The swimsuit should be good for you, never cut into your skin or fall off your shoulders.
Step 4
A swimming cap is essential to protect your hair from the chlorinated water in the water park. All caps for adults are the same size, so the main problem, in addition to color and pattern, will be the material. Latex and rubber caps are not as comfortable as fabric or silicone caps, but they are cheaper. These caps are good for those who rarely visit the pool. The silicone cap is a little more expensive and much more pleasant for the head, while the fabric cap is optimal in terms of sensations, but it has the highest coefficient of friction. There are various hybrid options.
Step 5
Glasses in the water park are not necessary, but without them chlorinated water will constantly get into the eyes, which causes irritation and redness. The most comfortable are neoprene glasses. There are even glasses with anti-allergenic components.
Step 6
Do not forget about personal hygiene: towel, slippers, soap, washcloth. It is very important to have soap and a washcloth with you, you need to wash before and after visiting the water park. The slippers will protect your feet from fungus and bacteria.
