A birthday, unfortunately or fortunately, happens only once a year and, of course, I want to make it fun and unforgettable. It is not at all difficult if you think over and foresee some organizational issues in advance.

Step 1
Choose a location for the event. A birthday can take place in an apartment, in a country house, in nature, in a cafe, in a suburban complex. For lovers of outdoor activities, bowling is a great option. If an apartment is dear to you, it is better to choose a cafe, nature or a kids club for a children's party. The premises in the cafe should be separated from other visitors. Although, if you invite only a few closest people, you can stay at home.

Send out an invitation to guests. For children, invitations can be made in the form of a drawn postcard. Draw the invitation text and picture yourself or a child can do it.

Come up with a script for the holiday. Organize various contests, quizzes. Their content depends on the age category of the guests and the hero of the occasion. You can prepare everything yourself, or involve animators who have experience in conducting such events.

Prepare incentive prizes that will be given out after completing assignments. These can be special tokens, hand them after the end of each competition. At the end of the holiday, present token owners with souvenirs. If the birthday is for children, make sure that all the kids receive souvenirs.

In addition to contests, consider board and floor games for guests. In the case of a holiday for an adult, it can be a variety of card games.
Step 6
Decorate your event venue. If the party is being held indoors, draw posters with congratulations. The texts of congratulations can be added by everyone who came to the holiday. In the case of an outdoor event, prepare tables, benches, chairs on which guests can sit and relax. Hang balloons everywhere. The balloons inflated with helium can then be released into the sky, making a wish.
Step 7
If you decide to have a home birthday, order the delivery of live tropical butterflies. They will undoubtedly delight all participants of the holiday and, with proper care, will delight you for another 3-4 weeks.
Step 8
Prepare treats and drinks for guests. Grill kebabs outdoors. Indoors - Place a variety of snacks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks on the table. It is not necessary to cook in such a way that the table breaks. You can organize a buffet table. For a children's birthday, it is enough to prepare only drinks, light snacks and sweets, which the child can take from the table in between games.
