satin ribbon, ready-made bow, scotch tape, glue, scissors
Instructions
Step 1
Buy a pretty ribbon. A satin ribbon works best. In direct proportion to the size of the gift, select the width of the ribbon.
Step 2
Tie the ribbon from bottom to top. So that the ribbon crosses first at the bottom and then at the top of the gift box.
Step 3
Tie a bow. Cross the ends of the bow first. Join one part of the tape into a small loop on the opposite side of the end, and do the same with the second part. Then tie the resulting loops together. If you want to make the bow more voluminous, then on each side of the resulting bow tie one more loop.
Step 4
If you don't want to tie the bow yourself, you can purchase it ready-made.
Glue the finished bow to the gift with tape or glue. To make the tendrils of the bow wavy, drag a sharp object, such as scissors, over them with a sharp motion.
