Step 1
Balloons are an indispensable attribute of any birthday. They can be used regardless of who is celebrating the holiday - a man or a woman. The main thing is that they have a well-chosen color. For men, white or silver balls are suitable, for women - multi-colored, mainly pink shades. You can arrange them as you like, the main thing is that there are a lot of them. In the case of a man's anniversary, age figures can be laid out from them. The balls should be placed away from computers and other electronic devices that could be damaged by electrostatic charges.
Step 2
A rare birthday is complete without colorful posters. Forget about the existence of large format plotters for just a day. Draw the poster in plain gouache. As a last resort, create a freehand drawing on a small sheet of paper, and then enlarge using a scanner and the same large format plotter. The birthday boy will especially like it if there are several posters.
Step 3
Experiment with fluorescent paints. Apply them to posters, balloons. But do not paint the surfaces of those items that are in the workplace all the time. In general, do not change in any way the appearance of what will remain in the workplace after the festive event. In order to make fluorescent paints glow, use only special safe UV lamps. In such a lamp, the bulb in the off state is black. A simple blue fluorescent lamp is also suitable - many of these paints also glow well from it.
Step 4
Change the screensaver on your colleague's desktop. At the same time, save the old background and be sure to tell the hero of the occasion where the file is, so that the "wallpaper" can be restored in the future.
Step 5
Never place a cake (especially with candles), tea, etc. directly on your colleague's table. Important documents may be nearby. Use separate tables for the buffet table.
