Valentine's Day is coming soon, and those who want to please their halves should prepare gifts in advance. If a simple "Valentine" card seems banal to you, prepare an unusual present for your loved ones from ice.

It is necessary

  • - plastic container of the shape you need
  • - water
  • - beads
  • - knife

Instructions

Step 1

Think of what shape you will make the "postcard" and pick up a plastic container. Imagine how to decorate a craft - flowers, confetti, paints. If you are a man and want to propose, you can freeze the ring.

Step 2

Pour about 1 cm of water into a container and put it in the freezer for a couple of hours (until freezing). While you wait, prepare the rest of the materials and a place to work.

Step 3

Using a knife or similar hard tool on a layer of frozen water, draw what you will "write" (in our case - I ♥ YOU), and then lay out the beads on the marked paths. The work is painstaking, be prepared for the fact that the beads can slip and stick in unnecessary places.

Step 4

Carefully fill the resulting lettering with cold water. Pour water into the corner, without strong pressure, being careful not to touch the beads. If the water has displaced the lettering, touch up with a knife or something thin.

Step 5

Place the container carefully in the freezer until the water freezes completely. It is better to get it out of the freezer just before serving. Turn the container upside down and keep it under warm water - the ice will slip out easily.

Step 6

It is recommended to give on the street, for example, by sticking an ice gift into a snowdrift. It all depends on your imagination!
