It is necessary

  • - vest;
  • - shirt or turtleneck;
  • - pants;
  • - slates or felt boots;
  • - belt;
  • - pieces of fur;
  • - wire;
  • - threads;
  • - glue;
  • - bezel;
  • - fingerless gloves;
  • - paint.

Instructions

Step 1

Take the fur vest. It should be black, brown, white or gray. The whole costume will need to be adjusted to fit.

Step 2

Take a shirt or turtleneck and pieces of fur in the same color as the vest. Sew 3-4 cm strips of fabric on the cuffs and neck (if you chose a turtleneck). If you have a shirt, you can choose a thick belt to wear around your neck. Cut the belt to the circumference of the neck or wrap it several times.

Step 3

Take trousers in the same color as the shirt (turtleneck). Sew thin strips of fur down the bottom. Cut the fur into small, uneven pieces. Approximately 1 to 2 square centimeters. Sew them in random order over the entire surface of the trousers.

Step 4

Cut off two equal strips of fur. They should be 3-4 centimeters wide and about a meter long. This will be the tail. Fold them with the fur inside, then sew (3 sides out of 4) and turn inside out. Take the wire. Fold it several times (so that it can support the weight of the fur) and tuck it into the tail. Sew on the last side of the tail.

Step 5

Give the tail the look you want. It can stick up, be curled at the end, or just hang. Sew the ponytail on the back of the pants.

Step 6

Take a thin rim, preferably a metal one. Make four ear patterns. Two of them should be 2 centimeters longer. Put them in pairs (1 short pattern, 1 long) with the fur inward and sew. Then turn them out. Clip your ears to the headband.

Step 7

Wrap the longer part around the rim. Sew it to the base of each ear. The ears are now on the headband. Take some glue and glue them so that they don't slide off the bezel.

Step 8

Take flip-flops and glue strips of leather on them so that you can't see the shoes. If it is cold in the room, take boots instead of slates. Cut them off so they look like boots.

Step 9

Wear fingerless gloves on your hands. They can also be pasted over with pieces of fur. Paint the tip of your nose with black paint. Draw a thin mustache on the cheeks. The dog's costume is ready.
