New Year's dishes should be not only tasty, but also beautiful. Therefore, cheese balls with salmon are an ideal option for a New Year's snack!
- about 0.2 kg of crab meat (frozen)
- 0.1 kg of lightly salted salmon
- 0.2 kg of processed cheese
- some fresh dill
- a couple of spoons of mayonnaise
- a clove of garlic (optional, for spicy lovers)
1. If the processed cheese is too soft, put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to easily grate it on a coarse grater.
2. Crab meat should be grated in the same way as cheese.
3. Lightly salted salmon should be cut into small pieces.
4. Mix all the chopped ingredients in a plate, add the garlic (passed through a special press).
5. Add mayonnaise there, mix.
6. Dill can be added directly to this cheese mass, or you can simply roll our cheese balls in it.
7. From the prepared mass you need to mold small balls (like meatballs).
8. Ready cheese balls can be rolled in finely chopped dill.
New Year's cheese balls with salmon and crab meat are ready! It remains only to lay them beautifully on a plate and can be served to the New Year's table.
