No New Year's mood? Rather, start doing something cute and New Year's, then the festive mood will come by itself!
To create a New Year's mood, it is not necessary to spend a lot of money on purchasing special decor in stores. It's much better to get creative and do something cute with your own hands. See how interesting such small interior Christmas trees look like. No one would ever think that they are made from ordinary dishwashing brushes.
So, for the craft you will need: a bottle brush, a wooden coil, glue, oil paint, pieces of braid, multi-colored fabric, lace, artificial pearls of different sizes, as well as a little plasticine and white gouache.
if you have a choice, go with a green bristle brush. In this case, your Christmas tree will look more like a real one;)
The process of working on the craft:
1. Paint the spool with oil paint and let it dry. If you don't want to wait, use a simpler option, such as felt-tip pens.
2. Wrap a strip of tape around the spool, securing it with a drop of glue. Place a piece of narrow lace over the lace, also using glue to hold it in place.
3. Trim the brush under the herringbone, creating a tapered shape. Cut off the handle of the brush with pliers, leaving 2-3 cm.
4. Insert the brush into the spool, securing it with plasticine. Use more plasticine to form a "snowy" mound under the tree. After assembling this structure, paint the plasticine with white gouache.
5. Decorate the tree by gluing several different sized artificial pearls to it.
if you want to create an imitation of snow on a herringbone, you can use a little building foam. You can also fix the herringbone and the coil with construction foam. However, this method is not recommended for creativity with children.
The Christmas tree is ready! Make several of these trees and place them on the windowsill or dresser, complementing your New Year's decor at home.
