The wedding does not have to be held in a restaurant, which is a big investment. At home, you can also arrange a fun celebration in a close family circle, and this does not require serious investments or numerous assistants.

If you want to arrange a wedding at home, first of all you need to remember that such a celebration is held only for a limited number of people. Of course, it is quite possible that you have a spacious apartment or a large country house - then you can invite both 30 and 40 people, but a lot of people will not fit in an ordinary apartment. Therefore, to celebrate such a wedding, you can invite no more than 10-15 people.

Otherwise, a scripted wedding at home is not much different from a celebration in a restaurant. True, at home many issues will have to be resolved on their own, if you want to save money and not hire a cook, DJ, designer. In a home wedding, the bride and groom will have to think over the issues of decorating the apartment themselves, preparing dinner and storing food, seating and entertaining guests. But you can walk around the city as long as you like after the registry office, go to memorable places, take photos and record videos, because no one will disturb you with reminders of the time and ordered cars and the restaurant. If the weather permits, then a small buffet table can be transferred directly to nature and only in the evening return to the festive table.

Before the wedding, it is imperative to decide which of the bridesmaids, friends of the groom or relatives will take on specific responsibilities: decorating the apartment, delivering guests, purchasing food, preparing festive dishes and entertaining guests. Make a plan for yourself and stick to it. To do some of the work, you can hire professionals, for example, a toastmaster and a cook, then you will remove some responsibilities from your relatives and friends. Although if one of them knows how to cook perfectly or entertains people well, then why not give them the opportunity to create.

The decoration in the apartment should not be excessive. You can decorate the room where the feast is held with balloons, posters, photographs depicting the groom, the bride and the history of their relationship. Add fresh flowers in compositions or without, you can also make funny decorations from house plants or soft toys by wearing a toy groom's hat and a bride's veil. The bedroom can be decorated with a heart-shaped balloon arrangement and rose petals. If you are not alone in the house after the banquet, it is best to rent a good hotel room on your wedding night, and leave sleeping places in the apartment for relatives and friends.
Step 5
The festive table must accommodate all guests. Usually, a wedding treat is quite traditional: first, cold appetizers, salads, then a hot dish, cold cuts and vegetables, sweets and, of course, a wedding cake. If there is not much space in the apartment, you can arrange a buffet table, where guests will come and take on their plates those dishes that they like. At the same time, no one will sit at the tables, everyone will sit where it is convenient. This method can free up considerable space for dancing.
Step 6
Entertaining guests will be an important part of a home wedding. The toastmaster must be present at the wedding, even if one of the invited guests acts in his role. Think in advance what contests will be convenient to hold in the apartment, what fun games you can arrange. And, of course, you will need to prepare good music that can be played in between entertainment.
