Well, in the final part, people are used to seeing wishes for the birthday man. Of course, no birthday is complete without congratulations. It is assumed that you know the person well. Come up with a congratulatory speech that is not too long and not too short (for a couple of minutes). Since you know what the birthday person wants, wish him the fulfillment of some specific desires, supporting and pushing him to fulfill them. Well, if you just came with a friend to his friend's or colleague's birthday, you can limit yourself to a ready-made postcard or a ready-made wish.
