Every person loves holidays, but at the same time, few people like to prepare for the solemn day. Who, for example, would enjoy shopping for groceries, arranging things, or tidying up? In order for the preparation to also be enjoyable, you need to properly plan all the work. Your entire plan should be divided into two main parts - preparation and holding of the holiday.

Preparation for the holiday

The first thing you need is a pen and a miniature notepad. In it, you will write down the addresses of those stores where you can buy the necessary products and accessories for the party. In addition, you must write down the guest list in your notebook. How is the list made? It is desirable that there be equal numbers of males and females in it, so that not a single person is left unattended.

Some experts also recommend inviting those who know little about each other.

Now you should start putting together a sample menu. A list of dishes that will be served for the festive table is created, based on who exactly will cook them. If the dishes are ordered at the nearest restaurant or cafe, the holiday menu should be created taking into account the restaurant's list of dishes. If you plan to cook on your own or with friends, chances are you will only add the dishes that work best for you to the menu. When drawing up the menu, you should also take into account the wishes and tastes of all those invited, so that no one leaves after the holiday hungry and unhappy. Someone adores meat products, someone is a vegetarian and eats only salads and boiled potatoes, someone does not tolerate mushrooms or oranges, and someone wants to taste original desserts. In general, all this must be taken into account.

When preparing for the holiday, do not forget about the festive attire for yourself. You can't appear in a dressing gown or other home clothes in front of the guests, can you? If you act as the hostess of the evening, the clothes should be not only smart, but also comfortable, since you will have to constantly move around, change dishes on the table, approach the guests so that they do not get bored, dance, etc.

You should also think about how you are going to decorate your home. You must think about this point to the smallest detail.

What else should you write in your notebook? Naturally, you have to think over how much you can spend on the celebration, and carry out all expenses subject to the limit.

You should also write down the sequence of all the steps, as well as the time you can spend on each step. This will allow you to carve out some time for yourself.

You can use the saved time for relaxation or a trip to the beauty salon.

Celebration

So, the table is set, the room is decorated, guests are on the way, you are wearing makeup, your hair is well styled, your outfit is good. Should you relax? Of course not. This is where the fun begins. First, you must seat all the guests so that no one is bored: it is desirable that people with common interests sit next to them. Next, you should regularly inspect the room for bored guests. If you see any "lean" facial expression, be sure to go up to its owner and talk to him, then bring him to the rest of the guests, offer any dishes. In general, you will not have to sit still and rest. To make the guests even more fun, turn on the music, organize any games that are appropriate for the age of the guests.

If you follow at least partially these recommendations, most likely, all guests will remember the holiday and the cheerful hostess with great pleasure for a long time. True, few people will think about how hard it was for you to spend the holiday.
