Preparatory chores will not be a burden if you think in advance how to set the table for your birthday in order to please the guests.

When decorating a table, you need to start by choosing a tablecloth, which should have a warm shade (reddish, golden, orange, blue and green tones). Using saturated colors, you should build the color scheme of the interior in the correct way. With this choice, it is recommended to give preference to bright dishes, matched by contrast. Crockery with edging will successfully decorate a festive table for a birthday. It is advisable that each guest has several plates of different diameters. Do not forget to add a knife to the fork.
Another important element of table setting is napkins, which can have fancy shapes and must be combined with the tablecloth. Coming up with the most intricate ways of folding napkins, you need to turn on your imagination, and then, no doubt, guests will pay attention to them, thereby raising their spirits to a festive mood. In addition to individual tissue napkins, there should be disposable paper napkins on the table.
The next art in interior decoration is table setting with flowers. But with patience and visiting flower shops, you can succeed even in this business. The presence of flowers on the table will emphasize the festive atmosphere. But here it is important not to overdo it with the aroma, so that it does not distract from culinary dishes. Flower petals, unobtrusively scattered between dishes, look very original, and the flower arrangements themselves should be low so as not to block the guests' view, but only complement the table decoration.
How to feed the guests?
Depending on the taste preferences of the invited guests, a festive table menu should be drawn up. For example, if a large number of men are planned, then you need to include more dishes of meat, liver, fish or poultry, adding a few salads.
Every year I want to diversify a delicious birthday table with new interesting dishes. In order not to repeat yourself, it is necessary to think over the menu in advance, including in it new items, which may be the easiest to prepare.
On the festive table, snacks made from lean meat, fish and vegetables are popular. These can be canapés, mini-sandwiches, slices, etc. It is with them that you should start the feast, accompanied by a light aperitif.

Housewives who have little experience in cooking are advised to do as the main dish what has already been cooked more than once, or to practice in advance.
