Birthday is an important festive event in a person's life. Therefore, it should be celebrated in such a way that the holiday will be remembered and bring joy to guests and the birthday person. And the key to a successful celebration is a pre-drawn and carefully thought-out scenario.

Step 1
Before you start writing the script, ask the birthday person how he imagines the holiday. Perhaps he wants a quiet family celebration, without unnecessary noise and attention. Or his dream is a fun party with songs, dances, contests and other similar entertainments.
Step 2
Collect information on the number of invitees and their age. Find out the theme of the evening, from which you will build on when drawing up the script, or come up with one yourself. You can, for example, have a Spanish-style birthday party with appropriate decorations, music, menus, entertainment and dress codes. Only such ideas are better to coordinate with the birthday person, because he can imagine his holiday in a completely different way.
Step 3
Start with congratulating the hero of the occasion, because the guests probably prepared warm words, poems and toasts in his honor. If there are a lot of guests, it makes sense to take short breaks between congratulations, breaking the guests into small groups. Thus, every wish will be remembered by the birthday man, and no one will get tired of endless speeches.
Step 4
Come up with contests for guests that will amuse those present and make the atmosphere of the celebration more joyful and festive. You can, for example, arrange a competition for the epithets characterizing the birthday person, or put on a small scene, giving guests pre-imagined roles. Or you can arrange a competition for a portrait of the hero of the occasion, which guests must draw while blindfolded.
Step 5
Be sure to take care of the winners' awards as well. Let it be small but original souvenirs. For example, medals "For the best dance" or "For the most eloquent".

When writing a script, try not to overload it with competitions, leaving time for dancing and treating guests. So they will feel comfortable and relaxed.
