The name of Alexander Sergeevich Pushkin is widely known not only in our country, but also far beyond its borders. The creative heritage of the great poet and writer is the property and pride of Russian and world literature. Pushkin's poems and prose are known and loved by a huge number of people of different age groups. The so-called Pushkin Days is an old and good tradition that dates back to the 19th century.
Instructions
Step 1
The official date of the Pushkin Day is June 6, the birthday of the famous poet. This date received the status of a public holiday in 1997, when the 200th anniversary of the birth of Alexander Sergeevich was widely celebrated. On this day, solemn events are traditionally held in honor of the poet, numerous literary meetings and rallies are held, at which the immortal lines of Pushkin's works are sounded, as well as the creations of young, novice poets and writers are presented.
Step 2
Many educational institutions are also actively involved in the celebration of the Pushkin Days. The events included in the holiday program can be very diverse. Preschoolers and junior schoolchildren will be happy to watch or take direct part in the staging of a puppet show based on the famous fairy tales of A. S. Pushkin. For older children, you can organize an evening of Pushkin's Tales, where they will once again remember their favorite literary heroes.
Step 3
It is possible to introduce high school students to the work of A. S. Pushkin and visually show them the atmosphere of the era in which the great poet lived and worked, with the help of a literary salon. The organization of this event will require a fairly serious preliminary preparation. All the material for discussion within the framework of the salon (for example, little-known works of Pushkin or the poet's correspondence with family and friends) should be sufficiently informative and interesting, forcing the children to think and empathize.
Step 4
During the Pushkin Days, a large number of creative competitions and readings are traditionally organized. For younger children, you can hold a drawing competition, and for high school students, organize a competition-exhibition of creative works (photographs, collages, postcards) "My Pushkin". In addition, the Pushkin Days are an excellent opportunity for young authors to express themselves. The competition of essays or poems of young talents of your educational institution will perfectly fit into the program of solemn readings.
