Dessert "Snow Valley"
- cream (33%) - 250 ml
- frozen berries (cherries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries to choose from, if you wish, you can make a berry mix) - 150 g
- icing sugar - 150 g
- granulated sugar -50 g
- water - 50 g
- coconut flakes - 30 g
- white chocolate - 30 g
We set to defrost the berries, and at the same time we begin to decorate the glasses in which our dessert will be laid out.
First you need to boil sugar syrup by mixing hot water and sugar. Cool down. Grease the edges of the glass with sugar syrup, and sprinkle them with coconut. Leave the glasses to dry a little. Beat the cream with powdered sugar, for 5-8 minutes, the mass should increase in volume. Put the creamy mass in glasses, alternating with berries. Sprinkle with grated white chocolate.
Cake "Snow-covered hut"
- puff pastry (yeast-free) - 500 g
- sour cream (20%) - 400 g
- sugar - 300 g (100 g in tubes, 300 g in cream)
- frozen pitted cherries
- milk chocolate - 40 g
Defrost the berries and dough beforehand.
Roll out the dough and cut into 15 long strips. Put cherries in each strip and sprinkle with sugar. We bake the tubes with the seam down, for 10 minutes at a temperature of 220 C.
For the cream, mix sour cream and sugar. It is necessary to stir, not beat, otherwise the cream will turn out to be liquid.
We spread the tubes with a slide and coat each layer with cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.
