Decorating one of its walls with a garland and other decorations will help to make the room more elegant before the New Year. From a garland, you can lay out any figure reminiscent of the approaching holiday, for example, a Christmas tree, a snowflake or Santa Claus.

Step 1
If you want to decorate the room before the New Year so that the decor reminds you of the approaching holiday, then in this case, the best option would be to create an original Christmas tree on the wall. To do this, first attach special clips-hooks to the wall (you can use other fasteners - tape, nails) in a certain order: glue the first three clips in the shape of a small triangle, glue the next three clips just below the previously created figure, placing them also in the shape of a triangle, but one and a half times more than the first. Continue to lay out the "triangles" all the way down until you get the desired height of the created "Christmas tree".
After the clips are laid out, attach the garland to them. If you wish, you can decorate the Christmas tree by hanging toys or tinsel on it.
Step 2
From garlands on the wall, you can make not only a Christmas tree, but also any other tree, for example, a birch. The technique is as follows: clips in the form of a high rectangle (tree trunk) are glued to the wall, then the remaining clips are glued to the sides from the top of this rectangle at different angles so that their location resembles the crown of the tree being created.
After the work done, all that remains is to attach the garland to the clips and turn on the device.
Step 3
If you are afraid of damaging the wall or wallpaper with an abundance of fasteners, then this option for decorating the wall will suit you. It is quite simple: you need to glue two clips on the wall (or drive in nails) and tie a rope or fishing line to them. Then, using beautiful bright clothespins or paper clips, attach a garland in the form of a wave in a rope / line. This composition can be supplemented with other decor - New Year's toys, tinsel, or you can even hang photos with the best moments of the outgoing year to it.
