Step 1
First, choose a base for your costume. It could be an orange dress. Sew the whole dress with yellow decorative feathers, sewing them by the tip of the feather. Do your work slowly and carefully.
Step 2
Secondly, make a ponytail from scraps of fabric (so that it stays fluffy for a long time, starch it). You determine the length of the tail yourself, but it is better if it is not too short and not too long. Then, on the bottom of the dress, you need to glue paper feather appliques, which must be done in advance.
Step 3
The next step is to make a small tuft of decorative feathers and insert it into your bird's hair. If the bird's hairstyle is short, the tuft can be attached with the help of invisibles. Finally, throw a scarf over your shoulders and you have a little yellow chicken.
