First of all, pay attention to the fact that the dishes should be on one edge. Place glasses, wine glasses and glasses in even rows. Place the devices next to each other, wrapping them in a cloth. Use plates no more than fifteen centimeters in diameter.

Prepare treats. The buffet table provides, for the most part, a variety of options for appetizers. Feel free to cook a variety of canapes, small sandwiches, cheese and cold cuts. Hot dishes also often appear at buffets, but their presentation must be carefully thought out. If you are arranging a large event in the style of a buffet table (for example, a wedding), you will have to slightly change the conditions. Organize one large table to the side, while there should be many round ones with dishes and utensils for guests around the room. In this case, people will come up for treats, and then sit down in the place allotted to them. It is advisable to serve the drinks to the waiters.
