Pilaf is everyone's favorite dish. Raisins or prunes perfectly complement and emphasize its amazing taste. The pleasant aroma of garlic will not leave anyone indifferent.

Necessary

  • - 300 g of pork;
  • - 200 g of rice;
  • - carrots - 1pc.;
  • - 1 large onion;
  • - 1 head of garlic;
  • - prunes or raisins;
  • - spices;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Fry the meat until golden brown and put it in a cauldron. Fill with boiled water and set on fire. Cook until tender.

Step 2

We wash the rice, add to the meat and stir to prevent sticking. You can take any rice, it doesn't matter.

Step 3

Simmer vegetables over low heat. Add seasonings: allspice or hot pepper, bay leaf. Put it in a cauldron and mix everything again.

Step 4

Make a small indentation and place the head of garlic. Cook until tender.
