Cooking Easter cake with sour cream

1. Warm the milk slightly, pour half of the sugar into it, dissolve.

2. Dissolve the yeast in a small amount of warmed milk and pour it into the milk with sugar, set aside for 10 minutes.

3. At this time, beat the second half of the sugar with a dozen eggs. Add ghee, vegetable and butter, margarine, vodka, sour cream, salt there. Mix everything and combine with the milk mass.
