The roots of the Halloween holiday go back to the ancient Celts, who believed that on this day the door to the afterlife opens and it is necessary to scare away ghosts, dressing up as representatives of evil forces. Today, this is nothing more than another reason to have fun, remember childhood, dress up in a fancy dress, tickle your nerves and friends.

It is necessary

  • - pumpkin, large spoon, knife;
  • - suit, paints, decorative cosmetics;
  • - props for contests.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, in order to celebrate Halloween well, prepare the main attribute of the holiday - "Jack's lantern". To do this, take a large pumpkin (you can buy it in a store, in the market, or ask for a carefully grown vegetable from familiar gardeners). Cut off the top of the pumpkin so that it does not fall through and can cover the pumpkin, set it aside. Scrape out all the contents with a large spoon until the walls are completely smooth (you can cook porridge, soup or make a cake from the pulp). Then, with a pen, draw the outlines of an evil face and cut them out with a sharp knife. Insert a burning candle in a stable candlestick into the pumpkin and close the lid.

Step 2

Celebrating Halloween is not complete without a fancy dress, buy one or make your own. This can be the image of a witch, vampire, skeleton, werewolf, bat, etc. If your child is into Harry Potter movies, dress him up with a basilisk or Voldemort. Keep in mind that the hairstyle must match the suit, for example, disheveled fluffy shags will suit the witch, and it is better to hide the hair under layers of bandage or toilet paper for a baby dressed as a mummy. Make up bright with eyeshadow, mascara and special paints. Don't forget accessories: magic items, a broom, small pumpkin lanterns, a hat.

Step 3

Gather a company of children or those who want to have fun and go around the surrounding houses with the phrase "prank or treat", while the owners should give you sweets or allow you to play around in the house. Visit only those you know personally, Halloween in Russia is not such a popular holiday as in Western countries, and many simply will not understand you.

Step 4

To celebrate Halloween in a fun way, run funny contests for everyone to enter. For example, run a competition like this: put two participants at the table and invite them to blow on the balloon while blindfolded so that it rolls over to the opponent's side. However, once they start the competition, replace the ball with a bowl of flour. Or promise an impressionable girl, again blindfolded, to show the real Pharaoh. Bring her to the table where someone is lying and let her touch him with the words: "This is Pharaoh's leg … This is Pharaoh's hand … And this is his brains !!!" (on this phrase, dip her hand in cold pasta). The result will be unpredictable, so don't choose an overly impressionable victim.
