Step 1
The fly agaric costume looks bright and elegant; it is quite simple to make it. You need a shirt and trousers in beige, white or yellowish color. Gather the sleeves and bottom of the pants with elastic. Draw blades of grass, leaves on green cloth or paper, cut and sew or glue to the bottom of your trousers. Make a bib from red fabric into large white peas (you can draw peas on the fabric yourself). You can complement the fly agaric costume with a cape made of the same fabric.
Step 2
For a girl, sew a fluffy red skirt and a white blouse. Decorate the cuffs and collar of your blouse with green grass blades. Decorate the hem of the skirt with the mushroom applique.
Step 3
The main detail of the costume is the hat. The easiest option is to make a hat out of paper. Take thick paper: Whatman paper, thin cardboard, cut out a circle with a radius of 40-45 cm, roll it into a cone and glue it. Paint the hat red, scatter large white circles across the red field. Attach a string or elastic to the hat.
Step 4
You can also make a fly agaric mushroom hat from an old brimmed felt or straw hat. Take a piece of red fabric and tighten the frame. Paint large dots on the fabric with white acrylic paint.
Step 5
Similar to the fly agaric mushroom, you can make a children's costume for the boletus mushroom, the difference in the color and shape of the hat. A white shirt, brown trousers and a vest will suit both a boy and a girl. To make a hat, take foam rubber or batting, use a hat with brim as a frame. Cover the crown with foam rubber to create a convex-rounded shape and trim with a brown cloth. Finish the inner part of the hat with foam rubber trimmed with white fabric.
Step 6
A more complicated option is a beret hat. Cut the base out of white or beige fabric - a strip 10 cm wide and a length equal to the circumference of the head. Fold it in half and place with an adhesive cloth to shape. Cut the top of the hat out of a brown cloth in a circle and cut the same circle out of a light-colored cloth. Cut a hole in light-colored fabric, the diameter of which is equal to the circumference of the head. Fold the circles right-side in and sew, then turn inside out. Similarly, cut out the lining and connect to the top.
Step 7
Cut two circles out of the foam: one with a diameter equal to the diameter of the top of the hat, the other slightly smaller. Connect them together and make a hole in them around the circumference of the head. Insert the blank into the cover, between the lining and the top, and sew this whole structure to the base. The boletus mushroom cap is ready. Based on these ideas, you can make your own original mushroom costume.
