If the management hasn't taken care of you, arrange the New Years party yourself. And you don't have to rent an expensive restaurant. If the office has a cozy courtyard, you can hold an event there. To do this, ask for permission to remove several pieces of furniture from the premises. Almost every company in the warehouse has broken or just extra tables. You are unlikely to be prohibited from using them. Set up two or three tables - depending on the number of employees invited to the party - in the courtyard of the office building. Place on them food purchased in advance for collective money - cold cuts, cheese, fruits, champagne. Give your coworkers funny red hats. For men, wadded beards. Take a lot of tinsel and streamers with you. All these attributes will create a sense of celebration. In the first toast, suggest spending the old year. Let everyone light the sparklers and, while they burn, make wishes.

If you decide to celebrate the New Year with colleagues in a cafe, take care of the event scenario. If the holiday plan is not thought out, the feast will turn into an ordinary get-together with a discussion of work problems. Arrange, for example, a comic reward for the year. Come up with different nominations - "The most nimble" - who copes with work the fastest and goes home, "Sonya" - the person who is most often late for work, and so on. Purchase in advance funny figures of animals - a hare, a bear, etc., so that they fit the nominations. And present them to the winners along with the diploma. Then the holiday will be remembered by everyone for a long time not only with delicious food, but also with funny entertainment.
