Step 1
Choose a graceful wedding dress with a luxurious long train and a veil that covers your face. And if you bring in a few little girls to help, who will hold the train from the dress during the ceremony, it will be just a fairy tale!

Decide in advance on a venue for a medieval style wedding. It can become a building that imitates a given era: an old estate, an unusual mansion or even a castle. Renting such buildings will not be difficult, it all depends on the size of the budget of the young. Take up this issue as early as possible, because such places are in high demand.

Do not be discouraged if financial possibilities do not allow you to rent an old mansion. Organize a party in a park, by a lake or a quiet river. Rent a few tents and wooden tables with benches. Decorate the interior with wrought iron pieces and decorative torches.

Think about the music, hire musicians to play the harp, lute, or mandolin. Also from the Middle Ages period include such musical instruments as guitar, flute, bagpipes, viola, piano, organ, drums and horn.

Warn the guests in advance, send them an invitation and a program in which you describe the theme of the wedding evening. This will help them find their bearings more easily. Describe the clothing from that period and ask to dress appropriately. Make invitation cards in the form of old wax-stamped scrolls.

Take care of a special wedding menu. Medieval cuisine mainly consisted of meat dishes: roast pork and lamb were the main dishes at medieval celebrations. Also, do not forget to include bread, cheese, wine, lots of fruits and vegetables in the holiday menu.

Organize medieval-style entertainment. Order a fire show or circus tricks. A special event of the wedding can be a real knightly tournament, where courageous knights who want to win the love and admiration of their beautiful ladies will play out.
