The breaks between visits to the steam room should be at least as long as staying in it, and at this time you can drink hot tea or a fortified drink in small sips. Trained people can alternate the steam room with swimming in an ice hole, dousing with ice water or rubbing it with snow for 30 seconds. The number of visits to the steam room is recommended 5-7 times, but if unpleasant sensations appear after the next visit, then the process should be stopped.
