Specify the details: are chairs provided for on-site registration, is it possible to bring your own alcohol, what time it is possible to start the event and what time of departure the next day. Is it possible to prepare breakfast or is it included in the price of the offer. There are cottages that are simply rented out and you can cook with your own food by hiring a chef or using relatives.
If you really like a cottage, try to look through all the other planned options as soon as possible and make an advance payment so that someone else does not occupy it.
