- 900 grams of lean pork (ideally a flat rectangular piece)
- 2.5 teaspoons of salt
- a couple of garlic cloves

1. Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add salt, bay leaves, pepper.
2. Then cool the marinade.
3. Place a piece of pork in the cooled marinade, cover with foil or film and put in the refrigerator overnight.
4. In the morning, remove the meat from the marinade, dry it, add a little more salt and pepper.
5. Insert slices of chopped garlic into small cuts.
6. Place the meat in a special baking sleeve (on top you can put bay leaves from the marinade). The sleeve must be closed on both sides, and a couple of holes must be pierced from above.
7. In an oven preheated to two hundred degrees, place the meat in the sleeve.
8. The meat is baked for an hour, and then you need to cut off the top of the sleeve and cook for another 15 minutes. So the boiled pork will turn out to be rosy.
