The main thing when creating a decoration is that the balls are of the same size. If the balls are of different sizes, then no matter how simple the figure you decide to make, it will look angular. Take two chairs (a chair and a wall will work as well) and calibrate the ball to the size you want.

Even if you have the lungs of a swimmer, it is still very difficult to fill a large number of balloons with air. Better use a pump or compressor so that the air does not come out, tie the tail of the ball to a knot. Attach several balloons to each other at once by the knots.

Connect all the balls with a fishing line for catching large fish, and hang them indoors as you like. Several balls can be placed on each table. To fix them in place, pour some water into one ball and tie a bunch of balls to it. The helium-filled balloons that float under the ceiling look the most beautiful.
