March 8 is a recognized and beloved holiday, on which I would like to congratulate from the bottom of my heart and do something pleasant for all women, regardless of their age. And, if your daughter is growing up, then on this day you cannot ignore her with attention and a gift, because this is her holiday too.

If your daughter is still quite a baby, then choosing a gift for her will not be difficult. A new interesting toy, a book or a beautiful dress (after all, it's a women's day, so let the baby feel like a little lady from an early age) will certainly please the baby.

If your daughter is already out of an irresponsible age, then before purchasing a gift for March 8, try to find out her wishes and preferences. Many parents give their girls clothes and shoes, but not all babies enjoy such practical presentations. It all depends on the character - if a daughter grows up as a fashionista and a yoke, then a new suit (dress, skirt, shoes) will delight her, and if the girl is still indifferent to outfits, then it is better for her to choose another gift. It can be a set for creativity, an interesting book, cute girlish little things (key chains, unusual pens), high-quality children's cosmetics, various toys, the choice of which is simply huge today.

Some girls love dolls (Barbie, Moxie, Bratz, Baby Borns and others), others love Lego-type constructors, still others love soft animals, and some love various scientific toys. Therefore, the choice must be made taking into account the daughter's interests (for example, you should not give a microscope to a doll lover, but a huge plush dog to a lover of "smart toys") - only in this case the gift will be loved and in demand, and not thrown into a far corner.

Choosing a gift for a teenage daughter is much more difficult than for a baby. Be sure to find out what your grown-up girl dreams of, or even better - go for a gift together. You can see something from clothes, shoes, accessories or cosmetics, just refrain from lectures and comments like “Why do you need this”, “Nobody wears this”, “I don't like it”. Do not press or force, because the most important thing is that your daughter likes the gift. A girl who is keen on music can be presented with a CD with a favorite band or tickets to her concert.

It is no less difficult to choose a gift for a very adult daughter. Alternatively, you can present money for which she will purchase what she needs (by the way, a cash gift is also suitable for a teenage girl, especially if she dreams of some large-scale thing and is trying to save up for it). And if there is a desire to arrange a surprise and please her with a gift, then it is better to choose something pleasant and practical at the same time: beautiful towels, photo frames and photo albums, various interior items. The problem is that very often the mothers of adult daughters are not aware of their preferences, so it is advisable to discuss the gift in advance.
Step 6
Regardless of the age of the daughter, do not forget about one more obligatory attribute of this holiday - about flowers. Even the smallest girl (not to mention the older ladies) should be given a personal bouquet of flowers. The first spring flowers (mimosa, woods, hyacinths, tulips) will suit the baby perfectly. A small bouquet tied with a bright ribbon will surprise and delight the baby and allow you to feel all the charm of this spring holiday. A teenage girl can be presented with flowers in a basket or choose an unusual and original bouquet. It is best if dad, older brother, grandfather, godfather - in a word, a man - give flowers to the daughter.
